One of my initial undertakings at nod studios involved a project that seamlessly intertwined my past experiences. Tasked with creating the McKinsey & Company Experience Studio within the space of Factory Berlin, a space I had previously designed during my tenure at 99 chairs, I encountered a challenge that was twofold: to marry Factory Berlin's distinct aesthetic with the nuanced preferences of the McKinsey team.
Striking a balance between the cozy, welcoming vibe Factory Berlin embodies and the pragmatic requisites outlined by McKinsey was the starting point. The design culminated in a harmonious fusion, resulting in an office space that not only catered to the team's functional needs but also reflected a warm, inviting ambiance – a testament to successful collaboration between diverse design elements.
