Dieter Schwarz Stiftung Competition

Heilbronn, 2018

The Dieter Schwarz Stiftung invited 99chairs to participate in a competition for revamping an old industrial building into a cutting-edge Startup campus. The team appointed me to create a vision that revolved around maximizing the available area by creating two distinct levels, strategically accommodating the high ceilings of the old structure.

I prioritized flexibility and collaboration, recognizing the importance of an adaptable working environment. The new Startup campus would feature a variety of open working spaces and the amalgamation of functional, modern, and creative spaces within the refurbished industrial building promised to create an inspiring ecosystem that would empower people .

The inclusion of specialized creative spaces like the play room or the community kitchen or the open steps where individuals and teams could explore and experiment with their ideas freely was a must. These purpose-built areas would be equipped with state-of-the-art tools and materials, encouraging the convergence of art, technology, and innovation.
