"Take a Peek. The People. The City. The Absurd." is a very small art installation commissioned by the Romanian Cultural Institute of Berlin to honor the renowned playwright, Eugene Ionesco. With a vision to introduce the German public to the vibrant essence of Bucharest, Romania, the installation serves as a microcosm.
As visitors step into the Municipal theater of Karlsruhe, Germany, they are transported into the heart of Bucharest, where the city's charm lies in its intricate details. By encouraging close observation and immersion, the installation challenges misconceptions unveiling the unique spirit and absurdity that characterizes the Romanian capital.
