Play Space Concept Competition, Scheinfeld 2015

While working at Kinzo in Berlin, the opportunity to design the concept for the new Adidas play space embodied the essence of sports and movement. Serving as a source of inspiration for athletes and enthusiasts alike, the space is situated within the walls of a repurposed industrial facility and the design prioritizes openness and permeability.

The intention was to create an environment that seamlessly integrates with its surroundings, allowing the energy and vibrancy of sports to flow freely. From the choice of materials to the textures of surfaces and furniture, sport references can be found throughout the space, immersing visitors in a world of athletic aesthetics.

Every corner of the Adidas play space boasts a distinct character and identity, each closely tied to a specific sport.

Whether it's basketball, soccer, tennis, or any other discipline, each area within the facility showcases its own unique attributes.

Moreover, the versatility of the spaces shines through, as they are designed to be multifunctional and adaptable, offering limitless configurations and possibilities for experiencing the dynamic playscape.

This flexibility ensures that individuals can engage in various activities, fostering creativity, exploration, and a sense of playfulness within the realm of sports.
